Your privacy is IMPORTANT! Grunge Salon will never sell or trade any information provided by you.

Cancellation Policies

Life happens and the Grunge Salon is understanding of situations which require a change of plan(s). The policies below help protect the time of our stylists and our clients. We appreciate you! It ensures our ability to continue delivering exceptional service.

24 Hour Notice Required

The Grunge Salon requires at least a 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

No 24 Hours Notice Provided?

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services.

Missed Appointment / No Show?

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services.

Late Policy

You are allowed a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service(s).

Please call if you'll be late! This allows us to determine if your missed start time will impact the ability to accommodate the service(s) you've requested.

If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 100% of the service total.
